Coronavirus update 19/7/2021
With the restrictions easing, I would like to update you with the situation here at Chris Tinsley Estate Agents. We are proposing to open the office to our clients and the public but we are restricting the number of visitors to a maximum of two at an on time.
With Covid cases rising in our area we would ask that all visitors to our office continue to wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser provided.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration as it is vital our small team stays healthy and covid free.
During this difficult time, the decision has been made to close the office doors to the public however, business continues as usual in the office. The team are still working to answer any enquiries, emails, phone calls, book viewings, valuations and progress the all-important sales through.
We are still continuing to provide Market Appraisals on the traditional face to face basis. However, recognising that a number of people are self-isolating and donâ€™t want a visit from a stranger we have developed a virtual market appraisal.
