COVID UPDATE 2.11.2020
Following Saturday’s announcement about future restrictions coming into force, we were delighted to see the housing minister’s tweet saying house moves can go ahead. At the moment, the housing market will remain open as usual.
We are here as normal, progressing sales, carrying out Market Appraisals and arranging viewings. We are expecting further guidance within the next few days and we will keep you all posted!

Following the recent easing of the restrictions on Estate Agents we have begun to carry out viewings and market appraisals. These are arranged in line with the restrictions and social distancing MUST be adhered to. We cannot allow more than two people to view at a time, they must be from the same household and children are not permitted. We do ask that viewers do wear gloves and masks and refrain from touching any surfaces. This has been very successful so far with huge numbers of viewings and market appraisals being made and carried out.
Whilst the office is now open, it does remain closed to the public to ensure the safety of Team Tinsley. Should you need to visit the office to collect keys/ have identification verified we have measures in place to allow this to take place in a safe manner. We are here and working through incredibly high volumes of enquiries and we would ask for your understanding and patience whilst the office is being managed by less team members than usual. We will continue to progress sales and arrange both viewings and market appraisals in line with the restrictions and guidance until otherwise advised.
