Covid-19 Update

Following the announcement from the government on 4.1.2021 we can confirm that the property market remains open as usual. House moves can go ahead, and market appraisals and viewings can be arranged.
We are able to accommodate viewings providing the guidelines are followed, these are:

• Absolutely no more than two people from the same household are to attend the viewing.
• Face masks must be worn unless medically exempt, the same goes for gloves/ using hand sanitiser immediately prior to entering.
• We are only able to accommodate people who can immediately proceed with a purchase i.e under offer with own property or have no property to sell.
• The viewings are 15-20 minutes for an initial appointment.

 
Similarly, we are pleased to confirm that we can carry out market appraisals as usual. However, we have also implemented a virtual market appraisal option for those not wishing for an in-person appointment.
We do ask that on a market appraisal masks are still worn if possible and the 2-meter social distancing rule should be adhered to.
